Future Board Meetings in 2025
The 2025 regularly scheduled Board of Directors meetings will be bi-monthly on the second Monday of the month at 7PM starting February 10th, 2025. The meetings will be via Zoom unless the Board decides the topic requires an in person meeting.

If you are contemplating an exterior home improvment or an outdoor project, please be advised. Per our Covenants, most exterior changes require an ARC submission. The Board has created an informational guide for members with recommended practices for replacing their own trees and trimming existing trees. That guide and a County-approved list of replacement trees may be found on our Community Documents page under "Street Tree Information".
