March 9th, 2026 Board Meeting Cancelled
The March 9, 2026 Board of Directors meeting is cancelled because there are no agenda items that need to be addressed. The scheduled May 11, 2026 Board of Directors meeting has been moved to April 27, 2026. Feel free to email us if there are any HOA questions in the meantime.
Future Board Meetings in 2026
The 2026 regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting will be bi-monthly on the second Monday of the month at 7PM starting January 12, 2026. Occasionally a meeting may be cancelled or rescheduled. The meetings will be via Zoom unless the Board decides the topic requires an in person meeting.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
If you are contemplating an exterior home improvment or an outdoor project, please be advised. Per our Covenants, most exterior changes require an ARC submission. See the ARC Guidelines and Submission Form for additional details. Both can be downloaded from the WRCA website ARC page (https://www.warfieldsrange.com/account/arc)

Community Street Tree Care Guide
The Board has created an informational guide for members with recommended practices for replacing their own trees and trimming existing trees. That guide and a County-approved list of replacement trees may be found on our Community Documents page under "Street Tree Information".
